Stress is a constant for many people. In this class we will discuss herbs that relax and calm the nervous system, along with herbs that build vitality, energy and lower stress. It's been found that immunity, energy and stress are intricately tied together. In this class we will dive into the ways in which you can incorporate herbal allies to re-set and re-balance yourself for overall health and wellness in these areas. We will discuss:
*Herbal Nervines & Adaptogens. These herbs help regulate the stress hormone response, and act on the central nervous system to relax, and reduce anxiety and stress.

In this class we will go beyond our physical bodies and learn to engage plants in a sacred way for healing and wellness on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. We will discuss the importance in intention and communion in healing with plants. We will also learn heart perception techniques and nature connection practices to tune in to the plant world directly. This will include:

*How to create Nature Art
*Working with Flower Essences and Plant Allies for Emotional Healing
