About the Event
Stress is a constant in many people's lives, however, there are many important herbs that can help aid in relaxation and stress-relief. These herbs, known as herbal nervines and adaptogens, help regulate the stress hormone response, and act on the central nervous system to tone, relax, and reduce anxiety and stress.
In this class we will learn some of the most useful herbs that can help reduce daily anxiety, and aid in relaxation. We will talk about herbs that are nervous system tonics, herbs for relaxation and sleep, and those for fatigue and exhaustion.
Each participant will leave with their very own custom-made tea blend to aid in stress-relief and relaxation.
