About the Event
Herbal Medicine is the first medicine used by humans and has been integrated into cultures across the world for centuries. In this class we will look at the basics of what herbs are, how to incorporate them into daily life, and why herbs are invaluable allies for health and wellbeing. We will talk about the traditions of herbalism as a healing art, review the primary methods of making and using herbs as medicine, and how to navigate expanding your knowledge and experience with plants. This is a great class to begin your journey into Herbalism.
You'll leave this class with a better understanding of how you can use herbs and will be inspired to dig even deeper.
